Transcription: In a chronological resume, you'll list all the jobs you've had, starting with the most recent one. For each job, include the date you started and the date you finished so the employer can see how long you worked in that position. You'll describe your major duties and accomplishments at each job. In a functional resume, you'll organize your experience by the skills you've used and the responsibilities you've handled. Functional resumes are good for people who've had many different kinds of jobs rather than a series of jobs within one field.
